Kelly Horiuchi is Managing Partner at VSOL Group, a specialized, forward-thinking environmental laboratory based in the U.S. VSOL delivers cutting-edge technology to test, analyze, and report on air, water, groundwater, and soil contamination. The mission: help clients grow by reducing liability and protecting both people and the planet.

With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in technical, customer-facing, and leadership roles across global and domestic labs, Kelly brings a rare blend of scientific depth and business strategy. She served as Laboratory Director at ALS North America – Simi Valley, where she earned a reputation for solving complex problems and building strong customer relationships. Her career began at Columbia Analytical Services as a Data Validator and later Senior Project Manager, supporting clients with expert technical guidance and service excellence.

Kelly earned her Bachelors in Biological Sciences with minors in Entrepreneurship and Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
