Jim is the owner and president of Total Vapor Solutions. Total Vapor Solutions specializes in all aspects of vapor intrusion-related projects from work plan development, sample collection, risk analysis, and mitigation support. Projects have been completed in three countries and over 30 states.

Jim has helped write the GA EPD petroleum vapor intrusion guidance and is currently assisting GA EPD in drafting vapor intrusion guidance for non-petroleum sites. Additionally, Jim is an instructor in the Hartman 2 day vapor intrusion class and a recent presenter in the LandScience webinar series.
