Mr. Fleming is a founder of TRS and Director of Federal Programs & West Coast Sales. He earned his B.S. in Environmental Health/Toxicology from Western Washington University in 1985. Mr. Fleming has worked in the environmental health, consulting, and remediation fields for over 30 years. He has held various regulatory positions with the former Washington State Game Department, U.S. EPA Region 10, King County Solid Waste, and the Department of Environmental Health & Safety at the University of Washington. Since 1989 he has worked as a marketing, sales and business development professional in the environmental consulting and remediation industry. As a member of the TRS executive team, he is responsible for developing and executing the company marketing and sales strategies for the federal markets and managing sales for the West Coast. He also serves as Secretary of the TRS Board of Directors.
